Be healthy
We actively encourage our students to live healthy lifestyles and choose not to take drugs. Physical, mental, emotional and sexual health are all taken into consideration. Students will study a range of topics geared to help them make the correct lifestyle choices required to live a healthy life:
- Healthy eating and Oral hygiene
- Smoking and Alcohol
- Personal hygiene and Puberty
- Sex and Relationships education
- Peer pressure
- Mental and emotional health
- The importance of sleep
- Teenage stress and Anger management
- DECCA drugs education programme
Enrichment
We also arrange five enrichment days per year, many of which are designed to teach students about healthy lifestyles:
- Physical wellbeing
- Healthy living challenge
- Cancer Awareness
- House Olympics
